Our in-person evaluation takes 45–90 minutes and covers every paintable surface on your property. We bring a moisture meter, document everything photographically, and give you a written assessment — not just a number.

Typical evaluation: 45–90 minutes. We never rush it. A thorough evaluation prevents surprises mid-project and gives you the most accurate quote possible.
