Why Arizona Exterior Paint Is Different

UV

exposure

Intense Sun

Product and color selection should account for prolonged ultraviolet exposure.

HEAT

cycling

Temperature Swings

Expansion and contraction can expose weak preparation and substrate movement.

PREP

Surface Condition

Cleaning, repairs, adhesion, and compatible primer affect coating performance.

RAIN

seasonal

Moisture

Moisture sources and drying conditions must be evaluated before coating.

Our Exterior Process

Built to Last

Power Wash

All dirt, mildew, and chalking removed. Surfaces dry 24–48 hours before anything is applied.

Stucco Repair

All cracks, chips, and damaged areas repaired with elastomeric stucco patch. No skipped steps.

Exterior Primer

Correct primer applied based on surface type and condition. Critical for adhesion in Arizona heat.

2 Coats Evershield

Dunn Edwards Evershield applied in two full coats. UV-rated, elastomeric, and monsoon-resistant.

Written Project Terms

The proposal documents the approved surface preparation, products, application scope, exclusions, and applicable warranty terms.
